"Brandi has been amazing from the very beginning. My dog Mama is not dog friendly, and has a terrible habit of jumping at people. Brandi has followed all instructions to keep Mama safe, and has communicated with me every day she visits. She's been absolutely wonderful in letting me know if there are any concerns or different patterns that Mama may be exhibiting. I've had at least 2 neighbors tell me (independently) that Brandi has followed every instruction and that she's been sweet with Mama and the people around. "Brandi made the grooming process super easy for both me and my pet. We have an 8lb terrier mix who hates going to the groomer. She needed a nail and hair trim. Brandi came to our house and did both + gave her a bath and cleaned out her ears. Our pup was hesitant with her at first but by the end was happy and comfortable. "Brandi was so great with my dog Maude. While I was out of town she hung out with and walked Maude daily. Maude is quite apprehensive around new folks, but Brandi was able to win her over quite quickly. She was very communicative and let me know every day when she arrived and left again. (Maude was staying at a friend’s house, and she was also very appreciative of Brandy’s communication.) She sent photos and videos and I could see that Maude adored her. Brandi was staying with another dog while I was gone, but next time I will book early enough to have her stay with my girl. 10/10 and will absolutely be reaching out again next time I travel." - S.H.
